33 Tehama

This is a large plaza fronting the base of 33 Tehama Apartments. The plaza’s entryway is situated along Tehama Street and in the future will connect pedestrians to Under Ramp Park, a 5-acre planned park featuring dog areas, games, beer garden, and retail space. The plaza features a sculpture called Flowers That Bloom at Midnight by Yayoi Kusama. The ground mural features playful polka dots that invite the public in.
