The East Cut Community Benefit District

The East Cut Community Benefit District (CBD) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in July 2015. It operates in San Francisco’s East Cut neighborhood, a rapidly developing area that has transformed from a transit hub into a vibrant mixed-use community. The CBD is funded by property owners within the district through an annual assessment.  The primary mission of The East Cut CBD is to enhance the quality of life, improve the public realm, and strengthen the economic viability of the neighborhood. They achieve this by providing services that go above and beyond standard city services.
